An Inclusive School With A Focus on Arts and Integration
UCP of Central Florida's East Orange/Bailes Campus includes a state of the art, 35,000 square foot facility designed pro bono by SchenkelShultz and constructed at cost by R.A. Rogers Construction Co. The school is small in number (350 students at full capacity) and allow for the development of a collaborative learning and social community.
The facility is designed for optimal learning. It's design is done in a holistic, systemic way, comprising not only the physical setting, but also the social, organizational, pedagogica, and emotional environments that are integral to meeting all the needs of each student.
The facility includes:
- 21 spacious classrooms
- Observation rooms
- Gross motor room/therapy gym
- Cafetorium (Cafeteria/Auditorium Area)
- Multi-purpose room (for Art and Other Projects)
- Virtual reality center
- Conference room
- 2 Playgrounds, ball field, nature and garden area
