How to Enroll for School Year Programs

If you would like to enroll a child in any of of UCP's classrooms or therapy programs, our Centralized Admission Department can help. One of our specialists can help answer your questions and find the best place for your child depending on their individual needs. UCP of Central Florida provides services at seven locations in Orange, Osceola and Seminole Counties.

UCP of Central Florida has several steps for enrollment in our education programs for the 2013-2014 school year. The steps are below. A list of contacts is also below for your reference:

Step One: Interest Form

Education Interest Form
If you are just starting the inquiry process with UCP of Central Florida, thank you for your interest. Please complete the Education Interest Form and return it to UCP's admissions department by faxing to (407) 480-4085.


Step Two: Application Packet

If you completed the Education Interest Form and have been instructed by admissions or the campus to complete the registration packet, please contact admissions or the campus for the application packet forms, complete them and return to the School Administrator at your campus or to the admissions department by faxing to (407) 480-4085.

 

 

Step Three: Enrollment/Back to School Packet

Admissions or the School Administrator Team will notify you if you have been accepted to UCP of Central Florida for the 2013-2014 school year, and provide you with necessary forms to be returned to the school administrator at the campus where you are enrolled.
